Hi everyone I'm not from Texas But I spent about a month in San Antonio in the late 80's, loved it their, friendly people and great hospitality. Thanks for the invite to your discussion group I'm here to learn and share my advice which is what is so great about our profession. I thought that Texas was Desert? And that the Beales had owned a great part of it at one time

We are preparing for our fire season, but at the moment it is raining, but expect everything to be dry by November.
