Stationed at Fort Richardson, trained by US Army (TDY) & USFS in Alaska to support Forest Service Chugach Mountains, Tsongass.
My unit was a mountain infantry division (pre 10th MD), already trained for jumping, rappelling and climbing. AHHHH youth! Joined NJFFS in 2000.

We got about an inch but the rain is washing it away. Kendo will keep you sharp as a knife. Be well.

We got 3 inches of snow but it is starting to rain now. The temps will stay around the 30's for a couple of days. Try to do my PT everyday or at least every other day and try not to gain weight since i am not working now. At least Kendo will keep me focused.

What's going on brother? Hope everything is quite for now. Do you know Rich Roller, he is also with the NJFFS. He is 2nd battalion and instructor, back in the old days. I was with the 3rd when we were still wearing our og107 and black berets. Just finish a tour with NY DEC. Planning on joining a helitack team in 2010 with the forest service.
